Genna Benna's is a sister brand to Georgia Blue, so we wanted them to feel related but, at the same time, distinctly different. For our restaurant clients, we want the design of their website to echo the feeling you get when sitting down in their restaurant. So the colors, textures, and picture frames are all reminiscent of those used in the physical space. With Genna Benna's location in a historic building on the square of downtown Brandon, we invoked an aged look (with rustic wood textures and sepia-toned photos). The building was once home to the local newspaper, so the menu and other elements borrow styles from classic newspaper design.
